Import File Specification

Ticket Evolution supports inventory files exported from any of the major Point of Sale systems. Your file should be either a comma separated file (.csv) or a tab separated file (.txt) with the first row being a header row defining the fields. The newline character should be a Line Feed ('\n', 0x0A, 10 in decimal) and the contents of each field should be wrapped in double quotes. If the value within a field contains double quotes you should escape those double quotes by double-double quoting them, e.g: "Kenny ""Babyface"" Edmonds with Special Guest Brandy".

Supported Columns

The supported columns and the proper formatting of them is below in alphabetical order. Header names are case-insensitive and the order of columns does not matter.

Additional columns may be included, but will be ignored.

`EventTime`	6:05PM	A string that can be parsed to indicate time. Generally either a 12 hour formatted time with the period indicator (AM\|PM) or a 24 hour time format. `InHandDate`	08/22/2015	US formatted date (mm/dd/yyyy) indicating the earliest date that these tickets will be transferred, shipped or uploaded. To indicate that the tickets are currently in hand use a date that is today’s date or earlier. Leaving this field empty will cause the In Hand Date to be set as the latest date we allow, currently two days before the event.	Required	No
`Instant`	`Y` or `N`	Indicates whether these tickets are available for Instant Delivery. `SplitType`		One of: `Custom` - Specify the custom split values in the `SplitValue` column. `None` - No splits allowed `Any` - Sells all quantity options `Neverleaveone` - Sells all quantity options except that which leaves a single (this is also our default if the column is empty). `Default` - For now, the default is `Neverleaveone`.
