We encourage the use of third party automation tools such as Ticket Attendant, Cloakify, 1Ticket and DTR Software's AutoProcessor.
Most of these companies need the following:
- office_id: The unique identifier for a specific office at your brokerage.
- reviewer_id: The unique identifier for a specific user for that office. We recommend that you create a new user specifically for automation tools.
- Uploader Token: If the automation tool will be performing uploads to Ticket Evolution on your behalf they will need this token.
- API Credentials: Credentials to use our API to retrieve your orders and accept them
